• Medical Consultation Services are billed directly in 25 minute increments at $185.

• New consultations will incur an additional $200 set up fee which includes time to review history before or after initial appointment.

• A card will be kept securely on payer site and billed automatically.

• Superbill for your insurance submission on request.

• Services provided virtually unless otherwise arranged.
